Shipping and returns

SHIPPING INFORMATION Shipping costs will be calculated at check-out based on the final destination of the delivery, they depend on the destination of the order and change based on the quantity and/or size of the products ordered.
At the end of the order, the system automatically provides the total amount.

The delivery of the product will be made by a courier appointed by TTM Studio on behalf of Lagalene.
In order to be able to deliver the products correctly, the presence of the Customer (or another person appointed by him) at the address indicated is required. If the delivery cannot be carried out successfully, Lagalene will attempt to contact the Customer at the e-mail address provided at the time of purchase, with the intention of defining and resolving non-delivery issues. If the attempt fails, the purchase order will be considered cancelled.
Lagalene will communicate the cancellation by email to the email address provided at the time of purchase and in this, if the Customer has already paid for the products, Lagalene will refund the full amount deducting the shipping costs. Upon receipt of the delivery , the Customer is required to check that the package does not show visible damage and that its closing parts are not altered. Order delivery times vary from 2 to 7 working days from shipment.
Delivery can be made from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), barring unforeseen events due to customs clearance operations, where applicable. The customer has the duty to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct, as it can no longer be changed later upon collection by the courier.
Furthermore, it is not possible to fulfill an order if, as a delivery address, a post office box, an APO/FPO or a shipper is indicated. Products returned to the sender due to transport problems will be returned without further costs to be paid by the customer.

VAT/VAT If the final destination of the order is within the EU, the customer will not have to pay additional costs due to customs duties. If the final destination is outside the EU, the final cost will NOT include VAT/VAT and will be applied upon arrival at the destination customs along with any other customs charges.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES We are happy to do our best to support you in the return and exchange procedures and in any case we will accept returns, exchange or refund requests only for Products purchased on our website
All our emails and communications are conducted in English or Italian.
How to return a product? You have 14 days to return your products.
NB: For safety reasons we will only accept the return of products whose packaging or protective seal has not been opened or tampered with. The return of products without a protective seal will not be permitted. The product must be in perfect condition, accompanied by its original packaging, complete with any external casings, accessories and instructions. For reasons of hygiene, the product must not have been used or opened in any way. If these conditions do not exist, the return request will not be accepted.

Return by courier:
1. Prepare your product for return as carefully as possible to protect it in transit. You will need to use the same box in which you received your order.

3. Lagalene will provide you with a return label and/or collection confirmation from the courier.
4. Upon receipt of the package, the Lagalene team will verify that the return conditions are met.

REFUND The refund, excluding the return costs incurred by Lagalene, will be made via the initial payment method and will be issued as soon as possible and in any case within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Customer has exercised his right of withdrawal without prejudice to Lagalene's right to withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or until the Customer has demonstrated that he has sent back the goods covered by the Order (depending on which situation occurs first).
In case you wish to exchange your product, Lagalene undertakes to return the product free of charge.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS If you are not satisfied with one of your purchases and you think that the products received may be defective, contact us at the email address:
Please provide as much information as possible about the product and order, possibly including one or more detailed photos. Products returned due to a fault will be refunded in full, including the postage for sending the faulty items back and the cost of returning the same.
In case of receipt of defective products sold outside the EU, any customs charges will be borne by Lagalene.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL Unless an exception applies, the User may have the right to withdraw from the contract within the period specified below (usually 14 days) for any reason and without justification, as established by Legislative Decree 206/2005.
